I believe that healing begins with acceptance. Living most of my life in fear of my own authentic self, left me sick and tired. Once I accepted that part of myself, I started living instead of thriving. Do I have good days and sad days? Absolutely! But, now I have the tools to help heal along the way and that will help you too. I am a Certified Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner, a certified health Coach, energy Reader, Intuitive, and a spiritual life Coach and Advisor. During our session, I can use Reiki to channel your energy. I’ll send Reiki energy through your chakras and any other areas in the body that I’m guided. Important messages from spirit come through during this time as well. Being open to those messages can be a powerful experience. Whether it’s answers to love, romance and relationship issues, personal growth, money, career, and finance advice or health questions that you are seeking enlightenment, only spirit will know what you are ready to experience.
