About Jean Starr
Jean Starr is of the Wiccan tradition, 3 rd-Degree Garnderian and a Daughter of Oshun. During a reading, she uses her gifts as a Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and Empath, while consulting the Tarot Cards. She also is a master Reiki Healer and energy worker. Jean feels that it is her job to give you the information you need, whether good or bad, to help you make the right choices. Her job is not to tell you what choices to make, but to give you the tools to empower yourself.
