If you, as a first time client, and you have a valid e-mail address established when you initially opened up your account, are honestly not satisfied with your initial five (5) or ten (10) minute psychic reading for 99¢ or $1.95 respectively, and let us know within 48 hours, we will replace these exact minutes (or the exact number of minutes that you were on a call) for you with free replacement minutes to speak with a different psychic.

If you are not satisfied with your initial 5 or 10 minute reading, please call our customer service number of 1-866-986-4499 or e-mail ppnemail@aol.com, with your “exact” new user name (example: mary456), with your request and brief reason for your request, and we will replace* your initial minutes for you within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).  You will receive an e-mail notifying you of your free replacement minutes after letting us know.
