Q) HOW MAY I REQUEST A CALLBACK WITH AN ADVISOR IF THE ADVISOR IS BUSY ON A
CALL OR IF THE ADVISOR IS NOT LOGGED ON?
A) Click on
the link on our homepage that says: “View Our Outstanding Psychics.” Next, find
the psychic that you'd like to submit a call back request with. Then, click on
the dark blue, light blue or orange bar to the far right of their name. Then,
click on the link that says: “Submit a Callback Request.” Fill the information
out and submit. When your advisor becomes available, both your phone and the
advisors phone will ring, connecting you to each other.
Q) HOW MAY I LEAVE WRITTEN FEEDBACK FOR AN ADVISOR?
A) Click on the link on our homepage that says: “View Our Outstanding Psychics.” Next, find the psychic that you'd like to leave written feedback for. Then, click on the dark blue, light blue or orange bar to the far right of their name. Then, click on the link that says: “Leave Feedback for This Advisor.” Fill the information out and submit.
Q) HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PERSONAL PSYCHIC ADVISOR IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY
CALL?
Please either call 1-888-626-7386, and after entering in your Dial In ID and
Dial In PIN numbers, press the 5 button on your phone. This will give you an
oral list of all available advisors. Or, you can click on the "View Our
Outstanding Psychics" link and check the status availablilty bars to the right
of each advisors name.
